Why did I not receive an email invitation when other co-workers did?

When your workplace signs up for our Intrigma scheduling services, we send out automatic email invitations to all the employees. These email invitations allow you and other employees to sign up and submit requests online. The most popular email vendors such as Hotmail, Yahoo and Gmail, AOL and Optonline use spam filters that may occasionally filter out the messages we send you. These spam filters are not always predictable and therefore some individuals get the emails and some do not. Unfortunately we cannot control the spam filter policies set by these vendors. In most cases you can choose to allow emails from us to get through to you (see below).

Can I do anything to tell my email provider not to filter these messages?

Yes. In most cases you can add us, Intrigma.com, to a "safe list" which will allow future email from us to go through to you. Most email vendors have a setting along the lines of "allow all emails from the following domain to get to my inbox." You should check your email settings and add INTRIGMA.COM as a "safe" domain name. You can also add the address support@intrigma.com to your "safe" senders list. In some email systems you may have a "spam" folder that will catch emails from us. In those cases you are able to select the mail we've sent you and choose to tag it as "non spam". This will also allow future emails from us to go through.

How to add us to your safe list: Hotmail | AOL 9.1 (and older) | AOL (web)

Help! I am still not receiving an email invitation, and I need to submit my work requests soon!

Ask your department administration to have Intrigma create a login for you. Intrigma's dedicated support staff can create an account for you with a temporary password immediately. We will then send it to your department administration. Once you receive your temporary password, you will be able to log in and submit your requests. We urge you to change your temporary password after successfully logging in.

If you have any questions feel free to contact us at support@intrigma.com.
